The PGA Professional at Pumpherston Golf Club, golf has been in Michael’s family for decades. Following on from a successful amateur career coaching is now a major part of his professional life. Michael takes enormous satisfaction guiding golfers towards an improved game but equally building relationships to ensure you’re guaranteed to always enjoy your love.golf experience.

Michael is keen to pass his golfing knowledge on to others and has been at the forefront of the national coaching intuitive, Clubgolf.As part of the PGA and Clubgolf team Michael has ensured children are now experiencing the game of golf.

When he is not giving lessons, Michael can be found along with the rest of his team in the Professional Shop, which caters for all your golfing needs. Choose form the leading show manufacturers such as Footjoy, Adidas and look the part out on the course in his stylish range of clothing.

Michael is the Chairman of TGI Golf and has account with all major brands, and as a TGI member he has an extensive network of professional and companies form which to source the latest products and these can usually be seen in the Pro Shop throughout the season

Michael's coaching has helped improve the game of golfers at Pumpherston, The Lothians and beyond. His understanding of players needs and straightforward methods have ensured his coaching is sought after.
